Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Located on the 6th floor of the B Tower building
* Patient ratio of 5:1 to 6:1 with 1 charge nurse and 2-3 CNAs per shift
* Minimum 1 year of current Rehab and/or Medical/Surgical acute care RN experience required
* BLS certification required
* Prior Rehab RN experience working at a freestanding rehabilitation center preferred
* CRRN certification preferred
* Perform typical procedures including IV placement, foley catheterization, PVRs, bladder/bowel programs, EKG, and blood glucose monitoring
* Work with Welch Allyn vital monitors and basic nursing equipment
* EMR system: Meditech
* Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire
* Positive, energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude expected

The unit operates with 42 beds and a staff of 80 nursing FTEs, maintaining favorable patient ratios of 5:1 compared to 9+ at comparable rehabilitation facilities.
