RN - Urology Clinic

Job Details:

* Daytime hours Monday through Friday with rotating shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements (clinics are closed on July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Memorial Day)
* No on-call or standby requirement
* Patient ratio of 33-40 patients per day with 2 nurses, 1 CST, and 1 CNA
* Work within a 6-room clinic and 4-procedure room environment
* Common diagnoses and patient types include BPH, Hematuria, UTI, LUTS, Frequency, Cystoscopy, and Prostate biopsy
* Must be able to set up sterile field and assist in procedures
* Must be able to place catheters
* Potential to float to other departments within specialty clinics with same job duties and functions
* Unit-specific orientation includes procedure set up and take down
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrubs required (any color)
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
* BSN not required
