Job Details:

* Work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, primarily 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* No on-call or call-back responsibilities
* Post-acute care setting with 42 beds
* Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse during nights
* Common diagnoses include long-term care patients with a mix of memory care, dementia, and orthopedic conditions
* No behavioral risk patients currently
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Required certification: BLS Certification
* BSN not required
* Two weeks notice required for cancellations

This post-acute care facility operates a 42-bed unit providing specialized long-term care services for patients with a variety of needs including memory care, dementia, and orthopedic conditions. The facility utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system and provides a structured orientation process including building orientation and lift training lasting approximately 2 to 4 hours.
