Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac/Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (1845-0715)
* Three 12-hour shifts per week schedule
* EPIC electronic health record experience required
* Minimum two years of recent acute care nursing experience required
* BSN degree preferred
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* BLS certification from an approved vendor required
* AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery and promoting patient safety
* Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and identify patient-specific goals
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment
* Provide health education and information to patients, families, and treatment teams
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members appropriately
