Open Position: Lab Specialist - MT

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $987.60

MLT/MT or CLS

Job Details:

* Permanent, direct hire placement
* 10-hour night shift schedule
* Guaranteed 40 hours per week
* Shift requirements to be discussed with manager
* No float requirements
* No on-call or call-back responsibilities
* No weekends required, though open shifts may be picked up if able
* Holidays required if they fall within the weekly schedule
* Work within a 25-bed critical access hospital setting
* Primary cases include ER, walk-in care, and outpatients
* Experience required in phlebotomy, arterial blood gases, gram stains, and culture setup
* Minimum 2+ years of lab experience required
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
* Required certifications: ASCP or equivalent and AHA BLS
* EPIC charting experience preferred
* Any scrub color acceptable
* Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and personable
