Rehab (PT, OT, & Speech)

Job Details:

* Work four 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Every third weekend required, with possibility of every other weekend
* Work into permanent staff rotation for all modalities on holidays
* No floating between units
* 8 hours of floor-specific orientation provided for all modalities
* Dress code requires a polo-style shirt or button-down long sleeve shirt in burgundy color with dark solid pants - no scrubs allowed
* EMR system: Cerner
* Treat patients with cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neuro, and med-surg diagnoses primarily
* Facility is stroke certified
* No requirement to work in NICU or with pediatric patients
* No IV team on-site
* Respiratory therapy available 24/7
* Pharmacy available 24/7
* Hospitalist in-house 24/7
* Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
* Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
* First-time travelers are welcome to apply
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* California license required

Facility:

This acute care facility is a Level 2 Trauma Center offering a wide range of specialized services including rehabilitation, cardiac care, stroke care, orthopedics, neurology, and intensive care. The facility operates a staffed rehabilitation department seven days a week across all modalities and maintains round-the-clock hospitalist, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy support. The organization is stroke certified and provides a structured team environment with dedicated leadership available to support clinical staff.
