Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2702.20

Opportunity:

PT - Acute Rehab / ICF SNF Rehab Coverage

Job Details:

* Variable schedule with shift options including Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
* Primary coverage in Acute Rehab with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF Rehab
* Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents and patients
* Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physician and/or consulting specialist
* Provide consulting physical therapist services
* Primary acute inpatient experience required
* Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, Rehab Hospital, or SNF
* EMR system utilized: Meditech
* Required certifications: BLS
* Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment
