Job Details:

* Work Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
* 2 to 3 call shifts per month required with call hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Fixed weekend schedule with every other holiday expected
* Same repeating schedule with minor alterations
* Night shift is always 12 hours with 4 days off per week
* Request time off must be submitted through manager for approval
* No floating to other departments anticipated
* Work in a Level III Trauma Center seeing over 100 patients in a 24-hour period
* Eve/night shift patient population is 90% ER and ICU patients
* Cardiac CT experience preferred
* Must have acute care experience in a large Level III or higher facility and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT R
* Washington state license required
* Technology and equipment used includes: EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing, MedRad injector, Change Healthcare PACS, and Siemens CT equipment including Dual Source CT 128 Flash, Definition 64 (interventional CT), and Definition Edge 128 in ER
* Prior experience with specific equipment not required
* Support staff includes Lead CT Tech, Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalist, Radiologist, and CT transporter (available except from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM)
* Up to 5 CT techs during business hours; after 5:00 PM, 3 CT techs on staff
* Scrub color: any color with professional appearance, no logos or designs
* Free parking available on site

Facility:

This facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 375 licensed beds, equipped with 3 CT suites and a robust team of support staff including radiologists, interventional MDs, and respiratory therapy. The facility operates a high-volume imaging department serving general, diagnostic, interventional, ER, and critical care patient populations across all shifts, with a strong emphasis on advanced CT imaging capabilities and technology.
