Job Details:

* 8 or 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
* 40 hours per week
* 5 patient visits per 8 hour day with an average of 5 cases per day
* Travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions
* Mileage compensation provided at $0.70 per mile
* Charting system: EPIC (Netsmart/formerly Allscripts)
* Oregon license required at time of submission
* Must be a fast learner, self-starter, and able to get up to speed quickly
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* BSN not required
