Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Located on the 3rd floor of the main building
* 33-bed telemetry unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Night shift includes 1 charge nurse and floor RNs based on 5:1 ratio with no techs
* Perform IV drip management, EKGs, and medication administration
* Manage chest tubes and devices such as pacemakers
* Work with Meditech/CPN electronic medical records system
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care telemetry hospital experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* NIH certification preferred
* Experience working in large trauma facilities preferred
* Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with compassionate and flexible approach to patient care
