Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Acute care setting
* Average of 8 patients treated per day
* Cover outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled areas
* Treat mainly outpatient cases with additional acute inpatient and swing bed skilled patients
* Experience preferred but training will be provided
* Casual professional dress code
* Department-specific orientation provided
* Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks
* Charting system: MatrixCare/Matrix
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
