Opportunity:

Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts in a home health setting covering the greater Sacramento county area
* See 5-6 patients per day with 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
* Productivity goal of 5-6 patients per day
* Document using Cerner charting system
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Valid state license required at time of submission
* Minimum 6 months of experience required; new graduates considered in extreme cases only
* 2 supervisory references from submitting modality required at submittal (charge nurse accepted); 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years
* Copy of government-issued ID required at time of submittal to validate legal name
