Opportunity:
PT - Home Health
Job Details:
* Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
* Manager willing to consider 4x10-hour shift schedule
* Weekend rotation required: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (Saturday and Sunday)
* No on-call responsibilities
* 50% of major and minor holidays required during contract
* 1-2 weeks of orientation provided
* Manage a patient load of 20-25 patients per physical therapist
* Treat primarily adult patients with potential for occasional school-aged children
* Common diagnoses include post-orthopedic surgeries, post-surgical recovery, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues
* Travel within Aroostook County, covering between 50-100 miles per day
* Use Netsmart EMR system
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; home health experience preferred but other PT experience considered
* First-time travelers considered with right experience
* Required certifications and credentials: BLS, Maine state license, Bachelor's degree or above in Physical Therapy, valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance
* Dress code: Business casual or solid-colored scrubs
