Occupational Therapist OP

Job Details:

* Monday through Thursday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM with flexible shift hours available
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* 1+ years of outpatient adults experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA only)
* Virginia state license required (please include VA License or status of License)
* EMR systems used: EPIC and Cedaron
* Dress code per facility policy
