Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every other weekend requirement
* On-call low census requirement
* Rotate holidays with permanent staff
* Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
* CNA support available with general ratio of 1:8, up to 1:10
* Scrub color requirement: Caribbean Blue
* Telemetry monitoring available across different units
* Ventilator experience preferred: BIPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Draeger
* Charting system: MEDITECH
* Must be flexible with changing assignments during the shift
* Float assignments required: MedSurg floats to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW; ICU/ED floats to Cardiology, ICU, and ED
* Floor-specific orientation provided
* Cancellation policy: 12 hours every 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience required with 1 travel assignment
* BSN not required
* Must reside outside of a 75-mile radius
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ASLS, NIHSS (ICU/ED); BLS, ASLS or NIHSS (Med/Surg)

Facility:

This facility is a large acute care hospital system operating a 483-bed main campus and a 124-bed north campus, providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient medical services. The facility offers a wide range of specialty services including telemetry, ICU, emergency department, labor and delivery, and medical-surgical units. Supporting resources include 24/7 respiratory therapy, 24/7 pharmacy services, a PICC team, and on-site OB and neonatology coverage.
