Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Previous Labor & Delivery experience required
* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
* Must be able to circulate for C-sections
* Must be able to triage for OB patients
* Deliver competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards utilizing the nursing process
* Coordinate and deliver patient care including complex physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects
* Perform bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plan
* Assess and anticipate discharge needs of individual patients and families
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in evaluation and planning of patient care
* Required education: Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or MSN preferred)
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP
* Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
