Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3136.20

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
* Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Prioritize and complete start of care visits with next day mandatory reporting
* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
* Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of each visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
* Be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
* Overtime must be pre-approved by Clinical Supervisor
* Territory covers Greater Sacramento, CA with the requirement to expand as needed
* Training consists of 3 full days - one in-house and two in the field
* Documentation system used is Kinnser
* iPad and Verizon One Talk equipment issued
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement paid
* Company car option available
* California PT license required
* Minimum of one year of Home Health experience required
