OR Nurse Manager

Job Details:

* Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 40 hours per week
* No holiday requirements
* Oversee surgical services across Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery specialties
* Responsible for daily operations of the OR including staff management and patient care oversight
* Monitor and manage quality outcomes within the surgical services department
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
* Minimum 3 years of manager or leadership experience required
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in an OR required
* Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
