Open Position: RN - Outpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2859.60

Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating day off depending on schedule
* Start time between 5:30 AM and 11:00 AM, varying slightly based on case volume
* Must have endoscopy experience
* Outpatient surgery and perioperative experience strongly preferred
* Must be comfortable with pre-op and PACU phase II workflows
* Experience with moderate sedation and rapid patient turnover is a plus
* Fast-paced outpatient surgery and endoscopy environment
* Experience with pre-op for open heart and total joint patients required
* Must have EPIC experience
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* California RN license required
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved vendor per AH policy), ACLS, PALS (AHA or ARC)
* Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinates care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver care in a safe and caring environment
* Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
