Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Work shifts from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating to other units is required
* Travel experience is required
* Charge nurse capability highly preferred
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in emergency department required
* Some pediatric experience required
* Treat patients across all age groups including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Common patient diagnoses include stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
* Experience with specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun required
* Work in a 64-bed unit including 2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, and 6 psychiatric beds
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (must be in hand at time of submission)
* Active New York RN license required with NURSYS verification
