Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Emergency department unit with 14 beds
* Patient ratio of 1:3-4
* Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, 1 3P-3A RN, 2 RNs 7P-7A, and 1 RN for 4P-3A or Unit Clerk or Paramedic
* Use Meditech electronic medical records system
* Perform procedures including central line insertion, chest tubes, thoracic lavage, and intubations
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NHI, and CPI Blue Card
* Preferred certifications: ENPC and IO training
* Must wear Maroon/Wine/Burgundy color scrubs
* Ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, caring, and has strong communication and customer service skills

This hospital and emergency room facility operates a dedicated emergency department on the first floor of the building. The unit maintains a team-oriented staffing model with charge nurses, staff RNs, and support personnel across all shifts. The facility utilizes modern electronic medical records technology and supports a wide range of emergency procedures to provide comprehensive care to its patient population.
