Opportunity:
RRT - Respiratory Therapy
Job Details:
* 13-week assignment
* 7:00 PM night shifts
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call requirements
* 36 guaranteed hours per week with 3 guaranteed shifts and potential to pick up a 4th shift per week
* NICU experience required
* 2+ years of hospital experience required
* ICU, NICU, and ED experience required
* Must be able to draw ABGs
* BLS certification required
* RRT certification required
* Experience with Servo I ventilator preferred
* Experience with I-Stat preferred
* Perform ABGs, assist with intubation, nebulizer treatments, Metaneb, IPPB, and CPT procedures
* Must have good customer service skills and experience with all age ranges of patients
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Black scrubs required (purchase required)
* No artificial nails, gel, or next gen nails permitted
* Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab; no extreme styles or colors
* Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
