Job Details:

* Alternating night shifts of 3x12 and 4x12 from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
* First time travelers accepted
* Charge experience preferred but not required
* Patient ratio of 30 residents per hallway
* Patient population is geriatric with a daily census of 54 and 60 beds total
* Charting system: Matrix
* Community hospital experience required
* LTAC experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Scrub color: Any
* Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, and Unit Secretary
* WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission
* Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required

Facility:

This long-term care facility provides comprehensive care for a geriatric patient population with a capacity of 60 beds. The facility offers a full range of interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. The unit operates with a structured block scheduling system and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care across a wide range of long-term care needs.
