Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Self-scheduling with variable shifts
* Every other weekend coverage required
* One 12-hour call shift required per schedule
* Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
* Patient ratio of 2:1 on days, nights, and weekends
* 36 orientation hours required
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission - no schedule requests can be made post-offer or on-site
* No requested time off permitted during orientation week (Monday through Sunday)
* If one or two major holidays fall during assignment, no holiday time off can be requested
* If three major holidays fall during assignment, one holiday time off request may be considered
* Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
* Minimum 2 years of experience required - first-time travelers accepted
* Must be able to circulate for C-sections and perform Labor & Delivery duties
* Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
* Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation
* Facility has 12 rooms and 12 beds with a daily census of 5
* Patients are adult age group
