Job Details:

* Primary assignment on 5 Main unit with possibility to float to other areas within the health system
* 5:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
* Level 1 Trauma experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
* Med/Surg experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Required compliance exams: EKG exam, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, Med/Surg Tele Competency exam, Med/Surg Tele skills exam, and CORE exams
* Compact or Kentucky State License required
* Must be willing to work 3 out of 5 winter holidays
* At least 1 reference required
* Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted

This facility is a major academic health system featuring a Level 1 Trauma Center, offering comprehensive medical services across multiple units and affiliated locations. The organization provides interdisciplinary support and maintains high compliance and credentialing standards to ensure quality patient care. Staff may be required to float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility as needed.
