Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2849.40

Opportunity:

RN - Case Manager

Job Details:

* Minimum 3 years of acute care case management experience required
* Active California RN license required - no pending or temporary licenses accepted
* BLS certification required
* EPIC charting system highly preferred
* No weekend shifts required
* No floating required
* No on-call required
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated - must remain flexible
* Patient ratio of 15 patients per day
* Treats adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
* Skills required include discharge planning, care coordination, plan of care, utilization of InterQual criteria, utilization of Milliman guidelines, and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
* Knowledge of DRG, ICD-10 coding, CMS, and CPT coding preferred
* Interdisciplinary support includes social services and transportation
* 2 supervisor or higher references from within the past year required at time of submission
* Maximum of 2 weeks pre-approved time off - no time off within the first 2 weeks of assignment

This is a large, well-established acute care facility with a daily census of 255 patients and a strong interdisciplinary support structure including social services and transportation. The facility operates with a robust case management program and utilizes a comprehensive set of clinical guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
