Job Details:

* Work 3x12 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call requirements
* Must be able to float to all areas of the hospital, including labor and delivery
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Recent critical care experience required
* RRT credential required; CRT not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
* Experience with Epic charting system required
* Community hospital experience required
* South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license must be in hand at time of start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) all must be in hand at time of start
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue

* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Skills include adult and pediatric critical care, mechanical ventilation weaning, BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, bronchoscopy assist, nitric oxide, tracheostomy care, arterial blood gas interpretation, intubation assist, and a variety of inhaled medication administrations

Facility:

This is a large acute care hospital with 396 total staffed beds, offering a wide range of interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, phlebotomy, social services, and interpretation services. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and supports a diverse patient population spanning all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
