Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 4x12 night shifts with every other weekend coverage required
* 75-mile radius rule applies
* 2+ years of experience required
* Travel experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* CT Registry preferred with previous experience using Canon/Toshiba CT equipment
* Cerner EMR experience required
* IV start skills required
* Patient ratios: 2 patients during days, 1 patient during nights and weekends
* Perform CT imaging procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, vascular, and musculoskeletal studies
* Perform 3D rendering including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
* Administer and prepare contrast media
* Perform multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurements
* Conduct brain perfusion, cardiac, carotid, and enterography studies
* Maintain radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions/PPE
* Serve patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Required certifications: ARRT CT (preferred), ARRT R, BLS, and West Virginia license prior to start

This healthcare facility provides comprehensive imaging and radiology services, supporting a multidisciplinary care team that includes respiratory services, interpretation services, and radiology. The facility operates a 9-room, 10-bed unit with an average of 41 patient visits per day, serving a diverse patient population across all age groups. The organization is equipped with advanced CT technology and utilizes Cerner EMR to support efficient and high-quality patient care.
