Opportunity:

Home Health PTA - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
* May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points as standard
* 1:1 patient ratio
* No weekend requirement
* No on-call requirement
* Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted; considered local within a 50-75 mile radius
* Required certification: BLS
* Charting system experience required; charting completed via EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover phone app/Oasis
* Business casual attire required; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Traveler must have their own transportation
* Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Free parking available
* Skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility care, orthopedic procedures including hip fractures, total hip and knee replacements, and post-operative care, as well as neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
