Open Position: RAD Tech - Sonographer

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Traveler Needed

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* Friday through Sunday shift schedule
* 13-week assignment
* Support Outpatient, Mammography, ER, and OR cases requiring Ultrasound
* Perform procedures including Pelvic, OB, Scrotal, Breast, Abdomen, Para/Thoracentesis, Biopsies, Arterial, and Venous studies
* Work with GE Logiq ultrasound equipment
* Use Epic and McKesson PACS electronic medical record systems
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS
* ARDMS certification is required - candidates without this will not be considered
* Preferred skills include Abd, OB, and RVT
* Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, patient-centered, and detail-oriented with a focus on high quality imaging
* Dress code: Grey or Pewter scrubs

Facility:

This facility is a full-service hospital with approximately 185 beds, housing a dedicated Radiology Department on the second floor of the main building. The department operates with a team of four full-time staff and two PRN staff members, supporting a wide range of imaging services across multiple areas including Outpatient, Mammography, Emergency, and Operating Room settings. The unit maintains a 1:1 patient ratio and utilizes modern imaging technology and electronic medical record systems to deliver high-quality patient care.
