Open Position: RN - Mother Baby Postpartum

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1708.12

Opportunity:

RN - Postpartum / Newborn Nursery

Job Details:

* 12-hour shifts available on day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
* 13-week assignment
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* Call requirements to be discussed during interview
* Provide care for high-risk Antepartum patients as well as Postpartum recoveries
* Provide Newborn Nursery care
* Perform IV placement
* May float to Labor and Delivery (LAD) as needed
* 2+ years of hospital experience required
* Newborn Nursery experience required
* Meditech and CPN documentation system experience preferred
* Advanced Fetal Monitoring (FM) is a plus
* RNC-OB certification is a plus but not required
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS
* Active Texas RN license required (temporary licenses will not be accepted)
* Dress code: Navy scrub top and pants, Navy or white scrub jacket
* No artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. permitted
* Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
