Opportunity:

Cardiac Sonographer - Echo Tech

Job Details:

* Work 5x8 shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional 8:30 AM rotations) - 4x10 schedules cannot be accommodated
* Rotating weekends, 1 in every 4 weeks
* May be asked to float between main campus and a small campus approximately 3 miles away, as well as other system facilities as needed
* Primarily perform inpatient echocardiograms in an inpatient setting
* Perform 2D Echo, 3D Echo, TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiogram), Stress Echo, and Endo TE procedures
* Experience with Definity and bubble studies required
* Experience with 3D strain image enhancing required
* GE and/or Philips equipment experience required
* Impella checks, LVAD, and Ramp experience preferred
* Perform portable studies, color Doppler, M-Mode, RVIT, RVOT, and imaging with contrast agents
* Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS (RDCS AE) or CCI (RCS)
* Must be a registered echo tech cardiac sonographer
