Job Details:

* Work evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required within the same building
* Work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) unit with 40 beds
* Treat patients with common diagnoses including MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care facility required
* Experience with PointClickCare EMR required
* Current BLS certification required
* Active LPN New York State license required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
