Job Details:

* 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* Adult experience is required; candidates with minimal pediatric experience will be considered
* Provide adult and pediatric respiratory care including critical care for both populations
* Experience in ED, Adult ICU, and Pediatric general care required; PICU experience preferred
* Servo I experience preferred
* Perform airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, bronchoscopes, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP
* Patients served include infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
* EPIC EMR experience required
* May be floated to other campuses as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT
* NC state license required and must be active at time of submission
* No local candidates within a 50-mile radius

This healthcare facility is a large health system offering comprehensive respiratory therapy services for both adult and pediatric populations. The facility operates across multiple campuses and provides interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support. The organization maintains high clinical standards and utilizes Epic as its electronic medical records system.
