Opportunity:

BACKFILL - CONTRACT - RN - ED (780) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00A-7:00P

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 13-week contract assignment
* No on-call requirements
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Work in 23-bed emergency department
* Team consists of CNC, RNs, Paramedic, and PCT with staffing that fluctuates based on patient volume
* Must have 1 year emergency department experience minimum
* 2 years emergency department experience preferred
* Required certifications: ALS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC
* ENPC preferred over PALS
* Perform typical ED procedures including cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation
* Work with Welch Allyn/GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Must be a team player with flexible, positive, and upbeat demeanor
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Self-scheduling available

The emergency department was awarded Unit ICARE in 2023 and has dedicated charge nurses who support unit team members through collaborative leadership and monthly Unit Based Council participation.
