Opportunity:

RN - Maternal Infant Unit

Job Details:

* Work on a 24-bed Maternal Infant Unit on the 3rd floor
* Care for labor, post-partum, antepartum, and newborn patients
* Perform and assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum care, newborn care, and post-partum care
* Labor patient ratio is 1:1, post-partum and nursery ratios are 5-6:1
* Work with GE fetal monitors and EMR systems Meditech and CPN
* Every third weekend required
* 12 hours of on-call required per 4-week schedule
* Minimum 2 years of labor experience required
* 2+ years of labor experience with high birth volume LDRP background preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs with pink badges for infant security

The unit is staffed around the clock with a dedicated team including labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. The facility is equipped with modern fetal monitoring technology and supports a wide range of maternal and infant care needs from labor and delivery through post-partum recovery.
