Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Day/Mid/Night shifts available, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Rotating weekends with 4 shifts per schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* EMR system: Meditech
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs and navy blue zip-up sweater required; pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC (must have by start date), ENPC (must have by start date), NIHSS
* Greater than 2 years of experience preferred
* Perform procedures including lumbar punctures, intubations, TNK, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting
* Must be a great team player with the ability to anticipate needs for patients and the department

Facility:

This facility features a 32-bed emergency department staffed by a team of 117 dedicated healthcare professionals. The department operates across day, mid, and night shifts with a well-structured team including charge nurses, registered nurses, medics, and patient care technicians. The unit maintains a competitive and collaborative environment with permanent positions available, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced emergency department nurses.
