Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* On-call responsibilities included
* Provide cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with physician orders and department policies and procedures
* Maintain knowledge of various methods of oxygen delivery and necessary equipment
* Administer respiratory therapy treatments and understand the purpose and possible side effects associated with each
* Set up and monitor mechanical ventilators and perform associated critical care duties
* Perform airway management and tracheal suctioning
* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
* May be exposed to communicable diseases
