Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist for Hollings Cancer Center

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No on-call or weekend requirements
* May be asked to cross cover different treatment machines
* No floating to sister facilities required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT SCRQSA, BLS
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Experience with Aria and Varian TrueBeam preferred
* Epic charting system experience required
* Scrub color: Green family
* Parking pass available for a one-time payment of $20 (nights and weekends only)
* Treats patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Approximately 90 patient visits per day
* Skills include external beam therapy, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, CT simulation, respiratory gating, stereotactic radiosurgery, total body irradiation, TrueBeam, and tumor localization
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
