Job Details:
* Block scheduling required
* Variable NOC/DAY shift with DAY shift start date beginning 9/21
* Every other weekend required with 6-7 weekend shifts per contract
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:3 for days, nights, and weekends
* 25 rooms in the unit
* Float required between 2 sister facilities
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
* Family maternity and OB experience required, including C-sections
* Required procedures include arterial punctures and administering medication
* Required equipment proficiency: Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Airvo2, and Panda
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT, and Washington state license
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, and more
* Key skills required include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), intubation assist, mechanical ventilation weaning, tracheostomy care/management, drawing arterial blood gases, sputum specimen collection, and patient transport
