Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
* NH license or compact license required at submission
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Unit hours of operation: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
* Call begins at 3:00 PM when assigned
* Weekend call includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when assigned
* Must be proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass and related procedures in the mediastinum
* Must be proficient in thoracic surgery cases including daVinci assisted procedures and open thoracotomy
* Must be proficient in VATS, procedures initiating ECMO, and pericardial window
* Ability to take call required
* Perform a variety of cardiac cases including CABG, valve replacement, repair of aortic dissections, TAVRs, and thoracic surgery
* Thoracic surgery procedures include daVinci assisted lobectomy, wedge resections, and mediastinal lymph node biopsy
* Hospital provided scrubs

Facility:

This hospital facility is home to a dedicated cardiovascular operating room located on the 4th floor of the heart hospital. The facility performs a wide range of complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, offering a dynamic and advanced surgical environment. The unit is equipped to handle high-acuity cases including ECMO, aortic dissections, and minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries, making it an excellent setting for experienced CVOR professionals.
