Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Work on a 36-bed Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 4:1 with cath recovery and a maximum ratio of 6:1, occasionally stretched to 7:1
* PCTs available on both day and night shifts; Unit Clerks available on day shift
* Utilize remote telemetry monitors, Alaris pumps, and Meditech documentation system
* Every other weekend scheduling requirement
* Agency staff may float to Ortho/Med-Surg as needed
* Perform procedures including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis
* Must have telemetry experience
* Advanced skills required: knowledge of chest tubes and dysrhythmia training
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
* Dress code: Any scrubs except camouflage
* Strive to maintain a 75% patient satisfaction rate
