AN - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
* 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend (EOW) required
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating within the same building required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Unit consists of 40 beds
* Common patient diagnoses include MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) facility required
* LTC experience required
* Experience with PointClickCare EMR required
* Current BLS certification required
* Active LPN NY license required
* Skills checklist matching specialty required
