Extended Care CNA

Job Details:

* Work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM
* Work in a 20-bed geriatric unit
* Care for patients with diagnoses including Dementia, COPD, CHF, and Deconditioning
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required
* Colorado CNA certification required
* BLS certification required
* Experience with Athena EMR system required
