Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Provide cardiopulmonary services as a registered or certified Respiratory Therapist
* Follow protocols approved by medical staff and department policy and procedures
* Deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients
* Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
* Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
* Maintain airways and manage ventilators
* Insert arterial lines and perform intubations
* Conduct pulmonary function studies and cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
* Perform blood gas analysis
* Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience with intubation experience required
* NBRC RRT or CRT certification required
* Ohio Respiratory Therapist license required
* ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be through the American Heart Association)
