Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* Three call shifts required within a two-week period
* Every sixth weekend on-call coverage from Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
* Weekday call coverage from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
* Minimum 5 years of experience required
* Trauma Level II experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Unit operates with 3 rooms
* Must be proficient in a wide range of cardiac and interventional radiology procedures including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, TAVR, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, Watchman procedure, TEE, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure, and pacemaker insertion
* Must be comfortable with interventional radiology procedures including TIPS, embolization, angioplasty, stent graft placement, nephrostomy, and gastrostomy tube placement
* Must be able to circulate and scrub procedures
* Must be proficient in procedural sedation administration and monitoring
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
* May be required to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Valid California license in hand required
* 50-mile radius rule applies
