* Patient ratios: 1:1-2 Labor, 1:3-4 postpartum couplets
* NICU or LDRP experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Scrub color: Any color
* Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
* Must have postpartum and labor experience
* Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, and adults
* Unit covers labor, postpartum, antepartum, and nursery with a Level 2 NICU
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
* Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* All requested time off must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will not be approved

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility operates as a Level III Trauma Center offering comprehensive women's and newborn services. The facility features a 20-bed LDRP unit with an average daily census of 10 patients and interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. The unit is equipped with modern charting technology and provides a collaborative care environment for labor, postpartum, antepartum, and nursery patients.
