Open Position: RN - NICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2247.28

Opportunity:

RN - L3-L4 NICU

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratios of 3-4 patients per RN
* Work in a 97-bed NICU unit alongside primarily RN staff and 1 clerk per shift
* Operate equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
* Document using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
* Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
* Prior travel experience preferred
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS
* Navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails permitted
* Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality preferred

This facility is home to a large and well-equipped NICU with 97 beds and a robust staff of over 200 team members. The unit operates with a strong nursing-focused team structure across both day and night shifts, utilizing advanced medical equipment and technology to support neonatal patients. The organization prioritizes high standards of patient care and maintains strict guidelines to ensure a safe and professional environment for both staff and patients.
