Opportunity:

LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Active California LVN license required at time of submission
* Valid California IV certification required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV Certified, Blood Draw Certified
* Epic charting system experience required
* Floating required - traveler must be flexible
* No on-call required
* No weekend requirement
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Skills include but are not limited to: IV placement and maintenance, phlebotomy, wound care, telephone triage, vaccine administration, EKG/ECG, medication reconciliation, blood glucose monitoring, vital sign monitoring, and patient intake and discharge
