Ultrasound Tech - Generalist

Job Details:

* 8-week assignment working Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* No weekend or on-call requirements
* Guaranteed hours provided
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Floating to sister facilities required on an as-needed basis
* ARDMS AB and RVT certifications required; ARDMS OB preferred
* BLS certification required
* Experience with Philips ultrasound equipment required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Community hospital experience required
* Level I Trauma Center experience required
* See inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients
* Perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, vascular, OB, and pediatric studies
* Experience with pediatric, neonatal, and NICU patients preferred
* Scrub color: Teal tops and bottoms
* Parking cost: $125 per month

This large short-term acute care facility operates as a Level I Trauma Center with over 1,500 staffed beds, making it one of the region's most comprehensive healthcare institutions. The facility includes a dedicated cancer hospital and children's hospital on site, providing a wide spectrum of specialized care. The organization supports interdisciplinary patient care and utilizes Epic for charting across its departments.
